As I enter my second year of teaching I know one area I want to improve in is my read aloud choices. I think it is important for my students to be able to see themselves in books, as well as use books as a window into other people’s lives and experiences. These books will help me engage my students in a variety of experiences through reading! Engaging and diverse books help give students a better learning experience, and helps them grow as individuals. Help me give my students the best classroom experience by allowing them to delve into new books. The classroom library is an important place for students to become engaged and feel comfortable exploring. Helping organize that space with this storage cart is an important component to accomplishing that goal. These items will help me foster that space for my students.
