My students are Kindergarteners ranging in age from 5-7. All of my kids come from different backgrounds, and they love school for it's sense of stability and fun. Kindergarteners are amazing because of their unshakable love for learning. The school we are at definitely fosters that love and pushes our kids to new heights. They are constantly shown love and support in all of their learning adventures. In Kindergarten our big goal is to become "readers." This is a lofty goal for many of us, but we work together daily in our "Reader Workshop" to attain the skills we need to get there. Already, I am amazed at their growth. Their enthusiasm is our main "fuel source." I am blessed to have 21 children who work hard to keep our "school family" functioning as a cohesive, successful unit.
