The materials and supplies I am requesting are going to help my students on a daily basis. My students need a place to sit during group and individual reading. The reading rug is going to give students their own circle to sit and a softer seat for reading time. Students need to be reading consistently to help in all other academic subjects. The rug and flexible seats will help students be comfortable in the classroom and during reading periods. I am also requesting a class set of colored pencils for my students to be able to use on projects.
