My students need options of games and books that will meet them on their current levels (including Spanish-speaking and picture options) to help them grow academically. As a new teacher, I am starting from scratch and am needing assistance building my class library. These books and games are appropriate for early elementary students and will help me meet the kids at their current levels so that I can help them grow socially and academically. The requested materials include books in Spanish, picture books, chapter books, and books specifically focusing on and written by Latinx and African American authors so that students in my classes feel represented in the literature they read.
