These materials are helping my special education students regain a sense of normalcy and community. Most of our students have been heavily impacted by the stress of distance learning and now are unsure of how to interact with their fellow peers. I would like to make sure our kids have a place to feel safe and comfortable enough to let their emotional barriers down and gain further social emotional support. I'm hoping that our club will be something they look back on fondly long after they graduate and they can use the skills they learn to make a difference in their communities.

About my class
