About my class

My students will be using the materials in a variety of ways. Students will be using the magnetic markers and mini boards to practice writing, which will help with their literacy. They will also use them to work on their math fluency. The white boards and low odor markers will be used on a daily basis in order to keep them engaged while saving paper, a limited resource in my school. We spend a lot of time working on reading skills as well, the bins are going to help us organize books in English and Spanish. The jumbo time timer will be helpful in letting students know when their time is up, and the next activity begins. I will use the magnetic writing page to deliver instruction at visually appropriate height as well as modeling in order for them to build a strong writing skills. The pocket chart will be used as a working reference that highlights specific reading words and strategies they are working on. My dream has always been to become a teacher at an Urban community, I Am privileged to gift them these everyday classroom items that will help motivate them to come to class and learn. This is my first-year teaching and many things in my classroom have been purchased on my own. These materials are to help supply complete the items that are needed in my classroom, that I was not able to purchase on my own. These materials will enhance my students' learning experience, along with my ability to keep the children engaged. My students and I cannot thank you enough for your support!
