These books will enhance the classroom that I strive to create. I want my classroom library to be a place that my students really enjoy. I plan to read the supplementary science books to them that cover the learning standards we are covering for the time. Students are encouraged to also read independently if they finish their work early as well. This supports their knowledge of what we are learning. Students can also read other learning standards, which will support their background knowledge when starting the new standard. Every book that is placed in my library is treated with respect and care, and students are thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. I know each and every one of these books are supported by our learning standards. Overall, students will be able to listen and read independently in science class during any free time to enforce learning standards daily.
