Our classroom needs supplies to create a space that is organized and meaningful for learning. Most of my requested items will be used to benefit students for years to come: Bright bins, thoughtful posters, and engaging materials that can be used throughout the year are essential to maximizing investments so that the greatest number of scholars can be reached. An organized classroom means that the teacher is organized and the students are organized and comfortable. Organization is key to creating routines and clear expectations. It is important for students to have designated areas for storing materials. Work stations provide specialized areas where students will work with requested materials to enrich the objectives that are being taught on any particular day.
