The use of a piano keyboard is a daily necessity in a choral and orchestral classroom. Having a keyboard will allow students to hear examples of and reproduce their own musical parts as well as be used for an accompaniment tool. It is an essential instrument in musical creation. A keyboard is necessary in our classroom to accompany students in their musical performances, help students recognize pitch and rhythms, for tuning purposes, to create music, and for fun. Students also love to use it to highlight their own keyboard skills!

About my class
