This is my first permanent teaching position. I am very excited to be a Physical Education Teacher working with Students with Autism. This iPad will give my students, who are many visual learners, technological support during my Adaptive Physical Education classes. It would enhance their experience to be able to view instructional videos (made my others or myself), videos of athletes, or listen to music while they participate. Also, with many students having communication difficulties, they would be able to use this iPad as a communication device through language apps. The use of technology would be a great benefit and enhance my Adaptive Education classes. Your donation would add engagement and interest for my students and classes. This is more than just an iPad. It will allow me to be the best teacher I can be.
