These wonderful books will make a huge difference in the lives of my students! I had a particular student in my class last year that would avoid school work at all costs, but as soon as he discovered the "Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales" series of books, he could not get enough! He went from being completely off task to completely engaged, trying to figure out how he could get to the school library to see if they had another book in the series he could borrow. To have great books like this in my classroom library would make a such a big impact on so many students! When one student loves a book, at least ten others want to get their hands on it so they can love it, too. This is especially helpful with books that delve into history, making it come alive! Then to have the chance to solidify the things they've learned through their reading by using the well-designed Versatiles would really be the icing on the cake!
