As the year has progressed, I have discovered a lack of flexible learning options in my classroom, and I want to provide that for my students. I have also noticed a lack of social emotional outlets and materials, and I want to provide my student with the materials needed to help them understand their emotions! The stress balls and Pop-its will be used to help students learn how to manage upsetting situations without using violence towards others. My students have demonstrated the ability to learn no matter where they sit in the classroom. I will use the materials requested through this project to create an inclusive and warm environment within my classroom. The lap desk will be used so that students can do their work anywhere in the classroom. I want to ensure my students know that learning can look different for everyone!
