Ukuleles are a fun and easy way to apply musical concepts into something tangible. Instead of just listening to boring lectures about composers, filling in rhythm worksheets, or writing essays on what music means to them, students will be able to see, feel, and hear musical concepts and apply them in the most meaningful ways both in the classroom and at home. While these 20 ukuleles will go towards serving 39 students this year, they will help countless students discover music in ways they would not otherwise for years to come.

About my class
