Thank you for reading through our DonorChoose request! My partner and I teach a kindergarten inclusion class that consists of general education students along with my students with mild to moderate disabilities. It is an amazing opportunity for all students to benefit from each other. We are teaching a new grade level this year and would love to fill our space with round tables to help facilitate more face to face interaction and foster communication skills. All kindergarten students benefit and learn about each other through play and interaction. Giving them the chance to see each others' facial expressions are so important for our students with disabilities social development. We truly hope that you are able to partner with us in providing furniture for us.
