These materials will last/work a lot better than the ones we currently have. The materials will allow for students to cook in class safely without having to worry about materials that are half broken or not up to standards. It is super important to stay safe in a 'kitchen environment' and having materials that are reliable is a really big part of that. Materials such as knives, whips, and mixing bowls will definitely make a change in the classroom environment as we will have enough supplies for each group to cook with and they won't have to wait for other groups to be done before they are able to use materials. As the past few years have progressed, materials have been broken, worn down, dulled etc so with a fresh set we would do really well in class!
