My students usually start the school year with no school supplies. I try to reach out to the community to help. Last year we weren't successful at all in getting these supplies. My students need headphones, pencil sharpeners, pencils, glue sticks, and other basic supplies to start the school year. They also need magnets for our science experiments throughout the school year. This past year my students really struggled to bring in the basics. If this project is funded, each student will get pens, paper, and folders. These are the basic necessities to help my students continue learning this school year. My students will be able to use the supplies in each course that I teach. My students are intrigued by learning and I want to make sure that they have everything that they need to learn.
