The Flex-Space Balance Ball Seats will accommodate students with ADHD, allowing them to move while they learn without disrupting the class. The growth mindset journal and writing prompts will engage students in being mindful in their practice. The Rekenrek will support all students to visualize number quantities as a collection and put learning in their hands. My students have been learning in kitchens, in community centers, and in cars, and they need a peaceful classroom this year. These items will foster a positive learning environment which will reduce stress while learning math.
