I am looking for materials to help our students explore social/emotional learning through play. We will use puzzles to help children identify feelings, and the family and baby dolls as a way for them to act out those feelings in imaginative play, as well as other skills required in a social environment; things like sharing, turn-taking and managing disappointment. One of the best ways for children to develop social/emotional skills is by exploring scenarios using other materials like dolls and play figures. By adding these materials to our classroom, our children will have more opportunities to learn these skills through play.
