All of my students have a desire to sing at the top of their game! Each day we spend time working on music literacy. I hand out a new song every day and the students are tasked to sing what they have been given. These books will create a strong foundation for sight reading that will improve our choir's overall technique and musicianship! I am confident that this resource will be a great addition to my classroom! These sight-reading books will give my students the ability to grow their music reading skills in a way that is fresh and FUN! My music library has many sight reading resources that are dated and not as engaging for this generation. Each year at the State choir contest there is a Sight-Reading portion where the students have to read a piece of music without ever seeing it before. With this new resource, I know my students will soar at contests and in choir class for years to come!
