Our students are in the age range to live independently, however they are currently struggling to understand how to do that. Our classroom is helping them to live on their own, pay their bills, develop proper hygiene and learn how to work in todays workforce. Clean clothes are the first step to a proper interview. They need to know how the washer and dryer work, how the clothes need to be separated and what chemicals will work best. They need to see these skills in action to retain the information and procedures.
