Welcome to our new CTE Teaching and Training classroom! This course is designed for high school students who are interested in pursuing careers in education. As part of a Title I school, many of our students face economic challenges, but they are highly motivated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of younger learners. In this class, students learn the foundations of teaching, classroom management, child development, and instructional strategies. They create lesson plans, explore education theory, and gain hands-on experience by working with elementary students in our school community. As new we are in the process of building our classroom with the tools and resources needed to support future educators. From books and teaching materials to art supplies and early learning resources, every donation directly supports students who are learning to lead, inspire, and educate the next generation
