Social-emotional skills cover a wide variety of skills from identifying emotions to keeping our bodies safe. Without these skills, students struggle to participate and engage in learning. My students need engaging materials that help them develop the strong social-emotional skills they need to learn and interact with others at school. Your donation will help us build our library with books focused on social skills, and short stories that can be acted out to practice social skills. These books will help my students further their own understanding of the importance of social skills and develop coping strategies to be successful at school, home and the community.
