Having a variety of books for my students is important to me because their imagination will grow and it will also expand their understanding of the world. Benefits of reading will allow them to learn listening skills, social skills and communication skills. When it comes to reading, I believe flexible seating will make them feel comfortable and will help them focus better in what they might be reading. According to flexible seating articles, allowing students to move around, increases oxygen flow to the brain. This allows students to stay alert and focused in what they are doing! I would love for my students to have these things in my classroom!
