The materials in this project will allow students to connect the world around them and connect to literature. Most of the time, students struggle with connecting to the dated curriculum when it comes to reading. By having a classroom with materials and books that are inclusive to all, students will be more engaged and willing to read. It is nearly impossible to reach children through literature when they feel they have absolutely nothing in common with the characters - by giving them resources and literature to connect with, their love of reading will grow. Students deserve to have books and materials that they connect with. It makes learning so much more impactful and fun. These scholars deserve technology that works and help them to advance their skills. By having a working Chromebook Charging Cart, these students will be able to access the world around them through digital learning. To truly make this a reality for my student, I desperately need your help. Thank you.
