During a long day of academics, students have to have a balanced day. We have all been experiencing stressful times due to Covid. These students have not been in school since 7th grade and now they are Freshman in High School. Each day we make time for the creative mind! Our goal is to inspire creativity. Too many of our youth are never exposed to another way other than their home life, which many are struggling to survive through. Creativity often leads to mindfulness and meditative state. The energy in the room is already calm but busy!

About my class
