I am so excited that students finally get to be back in person for school again! As a first year teacher, I want to make sure I am able to provide them with hard copies of books, engaging learning activities and incentives (because who doesn't like to get a fun prize?!) We are only two weeks into the school year and it is quite apparent how important it is to get these students excited about and engaged in reading! The current go to series for my students is Dog Man, however I currently only have 2 books. Which is why I have added the Dog Man series to the project! Additionally, as a first year teacher it will be very helpful to have access to pre-made activities and files that will aid in providing engaging learning activities.. Hence, why I have added the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to this project. It has many wonderful pre-made activities that meet the standards that the students need to meet, which will help me save time and my sanity! I know these students will continue to work hard daily to meet their learning goals and succeed at learning growth. This is why I want to be able to provide incentives for them as they succeed in different aspects of the classroom throughout the school year! Thank you for considering donating towards this project!! It will truly make a difference within this classroom.
