I am asking for flexible seating in my classroom to help students more effectively learn. This includes a set of wobble chairs, wobble cushions and soft seats to use for small group math and reading instruction. By making a seating choice preference that works best for their young bodies, my students will be able to make a decision on how they learn best. I can tell that my students are noticeably more engaged in their work with flexible seating. When using flexible seating my students are more on task and less disruptive to their peers. I have witnessed amazing whole body listening and highly effective learning when incorporating flexible seating in my classroom. The special products that I am asking for will help aid my students to make their own best seating choice and more effective learning will take place. By promoting movement within learning instruction, it helps young students to stay on task and be more comfortable than other seating options. The wobble seats will be great for small group instruction as well as flexible seating around the room. The wobble cushions are a light weight option that can even be used at student desks! I am very excited for the versatility of the products I am asking for. Thank you.
