In order to meet the NGSS standards for my students I will need to be able to make copies for those students that are out for COVID reasons. We are also trying our best to make sure that the students who do not have access to technology at home can still complete the work. We are in person and we have at any given time had a number of students who are out due to contact with someone who has tested positive. I am requesting that we build a classroom library with books that represent my student's experience. Having books that reflect them in the stories gives them more reason to read and develop a like for it. All of the other classroom supplies in this project desperately needed! Because of COVID and the demographics of our school, many of the supplies that would be provided by the students just simply have not been. We are also in desperate need of the disinfecting supplies because those are also things that the students usually help with supplying for our classrooms.
