We will use the counter for the students to be motivated to reach their step goals established in class to be more healthy individuals and enjoy exercising. Each student will have their own tracker and will use them to challenge other classmates to attain their goals or go beyond. We will use the trackers in our health class and keep them in class while not in use. Students will use them on a daily basis and record their progress in their activity journals. Learning to be responsible will be an added benefit to the trackers as well.
