The chair massagers I have chosen can help my students to relax during individual and group counseling. Being able to relax seems like an easy task, but a part of this project is to teach students how to identify the parts of their body that tense up when they are stressed or triggered. The white noise machines and moon lamp will also provide a safe and tranquil place to learn the tools and skills to be healthy socially and emotionally so they can truly focus on their academics. The end goal is for my students to become mentally healthy adults who are able to navigate the real world.
