With your support, we were able to provide composition notebooks to our resource math and ELAR classrooms that were in needed of composition notebooks for their required interactive journals. The glue sticks went also to those classes, because lots of glue is needed to glue in notes each day. Having students create an interactive notebook in each class is a new initiative this school year. However, we can already see the difference with having students write each day about their learning either through taking teacher guided notes, their own notes or even responding to questions. Students are learning and thriving. I was able to distribute the backpacks right away to two students who have been needing a new one.
