The carpet will be in a designated space in the classroom for the students to sit in a clean carpet space, instead of the floor for reading. They can be comfortable and able to focus in a clean and safe space. Thank you for being able to contribute to something that will enhance their learning and love for stories. Currently, this is my 1st year teaching in LISD. The school does not have a rug/carpet in class and there is no funding to order a rug for my students. The carpet will make a difference in our class.
