These wobble stools will be given to students, specifically during small groups, as a seating option. These stools allow students to wobble and get out some of their extra energy. This then allows for them to stay focused and engaged during the lesson. These stools encourage students to use and develop core strength as they sit and balance on them. Flexible seating is a research-based strategy that promotes higher engagement in the classroom. Giving my students the opportunity to relieve energy while still learning will encourage them to remain focused, engaged, and happy in the classroom.
