The materials used from this project will help our teachers encourage and reward positive behavior among our students. When students earn NES Ram's Bucks, they will be eligible to "buy" prizes from the NES Ram's Mobile. Our school utilizes PBIS to teach and support positive behavior in our students. We understand that the best instruction and learning takes place in a safe, well managed environment where students feel safe and are celebrated. At RL Norris, it is our belief that students should not only feel safe at school; but also be motivated to learn in an environment that encourages positive behavior. Ram's Bucks is a way to reward students who are motivated, positive, and work hard to accomplish our learning goals in an exciting way.
