My students are working on researching the Hawaii content standards for social studies standards and evaluating online sources, texts, periodicals, land library sources of valid info for the purpose of academic pursuits. These tablets will give them access to the World Wide Web. Enabling my students to navigate the web as they evaluate online sources of academic-specific information and utilize and synthesize the information to create their own arguments and overall understand of any given academic research project. These iPads will make a difference in my students' learning as we currently do not have any tablets in our class. We have old, outdated curriculum and other technology for use. These devices can be used at home as well as in the classroom. With the COVID-19 Delta variant on the rise how we teach and what we have to utilize in our creative teaching experience is constantly being challenged and we are constantly coming up with new ways for our students to access information online and around their community.
