I am asking for a Chromebook cart for the seventh grade classroom to help organize and make sure that our students have access to charged devices each day when they enter the classroom. This will serve as a central hub for the students to be able to charge their devices overnight, and have them ready to go first thing in the morning. We use a variety of online resources throughout our day including Google Classroom, Studies Weekly, and Holt McDougal's online program. This will allow our students to gain access to those programs quickly and easily each morning, and speed up the process of learning instead of slowing it down to charge midday. I would like to incorporate as many online resources as possible in the classroom, and give my students a chance to complete assignments digitally as well as physically in the classroom. Giving more of these opportunities makes learning more engaging and overall a more organized and successful classroom space.
