In Business Courses, we try to teach students professional work behavior and ethics. What better way to start that than by setting up the classroom to feel like they are entering a professional workplace! With these supplies, I can setup a hands-free scan in system similar to how employees clock-in at their workplace by having iPad scanners at the entrance of the room. They will be assigned work badges with ID holders and badge clips so they can feel really official, like they are an important part of this workforce. Our Business Department is taking it a step further by creating a student store so our students can feel like an essential part of a business. This is where we will use the label printers. We plan on supporting the rest of the CTE department by selling or showcasing some of the items their students create. Lastly, TpT always has such great project-based activities which will help me and my students to have a great, fun, and most of all, productive year!
