Last year we planned and practiced a class podcast called "AVID Talk". The students broke up into groups last year and brainstormed and planned out how to create a podcast. Each group has different topics that pertain to them giving them voice and choice and to be heard. Some of the topics range from middle school drama, LGBTQ stories, diversity/gender empowerment, anime. All great topics, the only issue why we couldn't record was because of lack of proper recording equipment. These microphones will enhance the quality and make the students records sound professional.
