I have requested a gift card from Teachers Pay Teachers to I can purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers that will be used to enhance and enrich the curriculum taught in my World History classes. Instead of just doing textbook reading and question and answer assignments, fun activities such as "Escape Rooms" purchased from the Teachers Pay Teachers website will allow my students to synthesize information learned on topics, such as Major World Religions, in a more effective, exciting, and engaging manner. These activities increase students' interest in the topics taught in my class and have been proven, by data I have taken, to also increase retention of knowledge in these units.
