My students will use the sensory toys as a form to assist in their learning abilities by allowing them to use them as a fidget to focus on their academics. I have some students who will take their sensory toys home to help them concentrate on their homework assignments. As a first-year Resource Teacher, I started to implement the use of sensory toys with my students and this allows them to focus and learn what we have planned for them. The sensory toys are also a form of motivation leading to academic achievement and incentive motivating.
