I am a first-year teacher in a Title I school. My students are resilient 1st graders, eager to learn and face the next adventure. Despite all the challenges with distance learning. I want to make sure they feel comfortable and welcome to our classroom. It is critical that to create a calm ambiance as many of my students are returning after learning from home for more than a year. The desk chairs will allow me to move better when doing small groups with the students. The better than paper and wallpaper will be used to make the walls and cubbies more lively. The carpet will be used to decorate the library so students can feel happy and ready to read in a beautiful place. Also, the plastic storage will help me to organize the student's materials and activities . I want the classroom to feel like their home away from home. Please help us build a warm and inviting classroom for all students to achieve greatness!
