Outfitting, maintaining and supporting the culinary classroom while keeping it current with industry trends takes a huge chunk from our public school funds. Additional support by generous donations enable students to work with equipment and kitchen tools that have been upgraded to current industry trends. These additional supports provide students the opportunities to broaden their experiences with genuine industry tools and relevant situations through a variety of culinary lab sessions. They are able to familiarize themselves in the identification and handling of the tools while participating in actual lab experiences of food preparation.
