These materials will help students build a light switch that will teach them a handful of important lessons we will build on throughout the school year. Students will see electronics come to life through this project. The skills the students will learn include - Basic electronics - How a computer works - Circuitry and Arduinos - An introduction to programming Once we build these lights, the students will continue to tinker with them and use them as indicators of when they are individually ready to answer a question as an alternative to raising their hands.
