These materials will provide the students the opportunity to learn how to play nontraditional sports. These nontraditional sports are also non contact games, which limits the possibility of the transmission of germs. The students can make connections between their bodies and minds, allowing them to create their own physical fitness goals while competing with their peers. These games also encourage teamwork and sportsmanship. It is a fun way to stay healthy and active. The students will be able to teach their peers as well as their family and friends at home how to play these nontraditional games. This will encourage their loved ones to get some physical activity and have fun during their own time!
