I need your help creating the best math room for the 21-22 school year! I will be supporting kindergarten through second grade students in mathematics and my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where all scholars feel that they are true mathematicians. Students will read comfortably in our math reading tent as they explore various books to develop an interest in math. They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. Our big carpet will be used to allow students to socially distance from one another during whole group instruction. We will use this carpet a lot as we build a true loving classroom environment.
