We can empower our students by giving them the opportunity to choose their seat. This motivates them to learn in a way that is best for them. When our students are engaged and motivated it increases student engagement in the classroom. Students are not meant to sit in a hard standard classroom chair all day. When students are given an opportunity to choose the seat they work in, it motivates them to give their put forward their best effort in their learning and keeps them more engaged in the lessons.
