I will be able to expose my students to literature and authors they have maybe never heard of or seen. By doing this they will be able to build their schema for future situations along with build their vocabulary. With the sensory items I will be able to add more handles on learning opportunities for my special needs students. I have had kids this past year asking for a doll house because they don’t have one at home. I really want to provide them the chance to play with one.
