Culinary Arts is a upper level class in the CTE that allows students to explore their passion in the restaurant/hospitality industry. CTE classes are meant to to teach students the value of their core subjects by creating hands-on learning opportunities through interactive labs, demonstrations, and internships. Students need the opportunity for as many lab experiences as possible and the kitchen tools and materials that are requested will help students have the best opportunity to learn the basics in the Food Service industry. Not only will they learn the basics but they will also build their confidence in all areas of the kitchen.

About my class
