Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing website with materials created by teachers. With gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers, I can purchase standards based lessons that are appropriate for my students.
During the pandemic I learned that there are many ways to use technology to keep students engaged and learning without making so many photocopies. This helps to prepare my kindergarten students for the technology filled world that they will live in. It also uses less paper which shows students that we can reduce the amount of trash that we create.
Although all students are returning to school in person this year, I will still need to socially distance students while in school. Teachers Pay Teachers has lessons that educators have created and used in their classrooms that will help me to keep learning fun and engaging while remaining socially distanced and safe. These lessons will also help support the social-emotional well-being of my students who might not have had much social interaction or might have lived through traumatic experiences because of financial hardship in the last year.
