As my students are getting older, organizational skills become more and more important. Students are becoming independent at this age, and, with my guidance, they will be able to organize their learning materials. In order to do this efficiently, students will need storage space to give them the opportunity to develop executive functioning skills. Also, my students with diverse needs benefit from incentives. With this project, I'll be able to create individual incentives that will motivate my students to stay focused. These incentives will also keep them engaged and complete their work on time, and take responsibility for their own learning.
